Dr Sindiswa Mzamo

Dr. Sindiswa Mzamo is the founder and President of the Circle of Global Business Women (CGBW), an organization dedicated to empowering African women on international platforms. Through CGBW, she champions a global network that enables women to trade, connect, and learn across borders.

Sindiswa has held executive leadership roles in both the private and public sectors in South Africa. She serves on the BRICS Energy and Green Economy Working Group and actively advocates for gender equality, education, and socio-economic development on the continent and beyond. A prominent business leader, she is breaking barriers internationally as a speaker, mentor, and respected judge, sharing innovative approaches to address global economic challenges. Sindiswa holds qualifications from GIBS and the University of Johannesburg, and she is a leading advocate for women’s economic advancement worldwide.

Founded in Africa by African women, CGBW aims to elevate African women to the global marketplace. CGBW Investments, a branch led by women and supported by strategic male partners, champions the “Future Is A Woman” initiative, advocating for women’s rightful place in the global economy. CGBW’s mission is to drive impactful investments that benefit disadvantaged communities, fostering collaboration among women under the African Continental Free Trade Agreement and in global trade.
