Adv. Makhetha Mats’oari

Advocate Makhetha Julius Mots’oari is an advocate of the Courts of Lesotho and commissioner of Oaths. He is the founder of a law firm styled MJ Mots’oari Chambers. He obtained his LLB with the National University of Lesotho. He has also obtained his Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law Conciliation and Arbitration. He also has degree in Psychology and Counselling. He is also a director and a shareholder of a company called Boqate Leisure Park which provides recreational activities amongst other objectives.

He is also a director and a shareholder of a security company named M & C Security Services. He is also a founder and owner of a consultancy firm styled MJM Consultancy which provide corporate soft skills training, motivational presentations, life coaching and home health education amongst others.

Advocate Motsoari had an opportunity to work in the Office of the former Prime Minister Dr Motsoahae Thomas Thabane as the Cabinet Adminstartor. He had also worked in the Cabinet Office in the Office of the Economic Advisor as Compliance and Assurance Specialist. He is currently the Chairperson of Police Complaints Authority in the Ministry of Police. He is also a board member of Lesotho Tourism Development Cooperation.
