Eng. Anke Weisheit

Anke Weisheit is an Agricultural Engineer with a Ph.D. in Bioethics, Sustainability, and Global Public Health, along with a Master’s degree in Agricultural Science and Resource Management in the Tropics and Subtropics (ARTS). With over 16 years of experience in tropical agriculture, value chain development, and agri-business across Eastern and Southern Africa, she brings a wealth of expertise to her work. Currently, Anke is the Co-founder and Chair of Innovation and Business Management at the Pharm-Biotechnology and Traditional Medicine Centre (PHARMBIOTRAC) at Mbarara University of Science and Technology in Mbarara, Uganda.
