Ambassador Cheik Keita

Mr. Cheik Keita holds a Master’s degree in Public Law and a Diploma of Specialized Higher Studies in Public Enterprise, Law, Economics, and Management. Throughout his career, he has held several key positions, including Auditor for Major Accounts within the Legal Expertise and Audit Management Division of Crédit Agricole (France), Director of Legal Affairs and Litigation at Société Financière d’Étude et de Litigation (SOFIDEC France), and Head of the Africa Division for the multinational OVIEDO Groupe IMASA (Spain). He also served as Director of African Markets at BBVA Bank, the third-largest bank in Spain, and as an Analyst Manager in the Legal and Economic Department at the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development), focusing on international perspectives. Additionally, Mr. Keita worked as a civil servant at the Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Public Accounting, in the Inspection, Control, and Expertise Division of the General Tax Department at Paris Bercy.

Since 1996, Mr. Keita has been the founding President of CIDIGA (Chamber of Initiatives for the Development of Investments in Groups in Africa), an organization dedicated to providing reliable socio-economic and political studies that support large-scale investments in Africa. This investment fund brings together business leaders from various countries, including Spain, the United States, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Togo, Benin, Gabon, and Guinea, his home country. A firm believer in the interdependence of all Africans, Mr. Keita is committed to bringing together expertise and know-how to foster intelligent and sustainable development across the continent.

Before designing a UI/UX, a designer needs to research the target audience and understand their needs, preferences, and pain points. This involves conducting surveys, interviews, and usability tests to gather feedback and insights that can inform the design process.
