Mrs. Susan Morrice

Denver-based Susan Morrice was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. There, her love of Nature, inspired by the Giant’s Causeway, led her to study Natural Sciences/Geology at Trinity College Dublin.
As a Wildcat Geologist, Susan’s career took her across the globe, making significant contributions to the field. Her pioneering work was recognized with the Outstanding Explorer Award and Presidential Award for Exemplary Service by the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, marking her as a trailblazer in Geoscience.
In 2002, Susan made the most significant discovery of her life and career, leading to the establishment of Belize Natural Energy, which has consistently been the country’s No. 1 revenue generator. BNE has won numerous awards, including the Green Company of the Year, the Employer of the Year, and the prestigious Global GetEnergy Education ‘Learning at the Core’ Award for benefiting and empowering communities, beating 50 countries.
The BNE Trust, under Susan’s leadership, has made a profound impact on local communities, investing over 9.3 million Belize Dollars in education and supporting entrepreneurs. Its outreach programs have sponsored numerous projects, demonstrating the tangible benefits of Susan’s work.
Susan is also an investor in X-Jet and is voted the world’s number one private aviation company.
