As the Founder of Gateway Consultancy, Nthati empowers individuals and organisations across Africa with tailored strategies in training, recruitment, and organisational growth. She brings a wealth of expertise in stakeholder engagement, financial management, and strategic planning, which she leverages to drive impactful outcomes. Currently completing a PhD in Management Sciences with a focus on GBV, Nthati also serves as the Head of Marketing & Strategy for the Africa Investment Summit, where she helps shape and implement strategies that support Africa’s sustainable growth and investment opportunities.
